Sales & Partnership Manager

The Dabba Network is a Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network that is building high speed wireless networks from the ground up in India. We enable humans & machines with internet connectivity at a price that they can afford.

Internet and WiFi are critical to every human. Dabba is building the software, hardware & operating solutions to make internet access ubiquitous & affordable. We believe every household should come with internet, networking, and WiFi; just like water, gas, and electricity, the internet is a fundamental utility.

Unlike traditional internet solutions, Dabba's approach is vertically-integrated across engineering and operations. We design and manufacture our own hardware, develop the entire software stack, and manage our users’ network.

About the role

Our customers chose us for a simple, seamless network experience. The Sales team is responsible for driving growth of Dabba's business, building relationships with organisations of all sizes and in all industries, and helping companies understand the value of Dabba — in addition to providing critical feedback for our Product and Engineering teams.

You will have impact by:

  • Sourcing and closing new business across co-living & co-working segments

  • Sourcing and closing new LCO partnerships

  • Maintaining client account relationships

  • Sourcing opportunities for network expansion in new territories

  • Helping engineering team with customer feedbacks

  • Working closely with LCOs to improve network deployment & expansions

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing and structuring impactful partnerships with measured successful outcomes

  • 10+ years of total work experience, with 4+ years of partnerships experience working at or with B2B technology, commercial real estate, or equivalent strategic, complex partners

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience independently leading complex and/or first-of-a-kind negotiations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience working with ISPs or TSPs
